Judge Kerestes is in the Domestic Violence Division, and also handles the related Domestic Relations cases. She rotates through four courtrooms on the 16th floor on a weekly basis. Please see the Policies and Procedures for more information on where your hearing will be scheduled.
If your hearing is 30 minutes or less and not evidentiary in nature, you may be able to attend virtually. However, you must notify the Court in advance. If the opposing party or attorney objects to virtual appearances, you will need to submit a written Motion and receive approval from the Court. Please refer to the Policies and Procedures for more information.

You must appear in person if your hearing is scheduled for 30 minutes or more, or is evidentiary in nature. You must also appear in person for trial. If your hearing falls into one of these categories, and you need to request that a party, witness, or attorney appear virtually, you must file a written motion and send a proposed order to the Judicial Assistant for approval prior to the hearing.
