About Judge Kerestes
Judge Alison Kerestes was elected by the people of Orange and Osceola Counties on August 23, 2022 to the circuit bench in the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida. Judge Kerestes currently serves in Osceola Criminal Division 11.
Prior to taking the bench, Judge Kerestes was an attorney in the Central Florida area for sixteen years. Judge Kerestes worked at the Office of the State Attorney in the Ninth Circuit as a prosecutor for eight years from 2006 to 2014. Judge Kerestes then moved on to private practice, and ran her own law firm for eight more years before taking the bench.
